The Degyansky Family – July 25, 2008

To Whom It May Concern:

When you first meet Miss Megan, you know that she is someone special. She is the epitome of youthful exuberance coupled with wisdom beyond her years. This, in my opinion, is the perfect combination for a teacher. Miss Megan set an impeccable example for the other teachers/assistants and parents and most importantly children to follow, by acting professionally, engaging, caring and loving towards all. Every time I encountered Miss Megan, it was as if she had only had my twins in her class. She knew every detail of their day. She told me about their accomplishments and she was as joyful about them as I was and she also told me about the challenges where they had opportunities to grow. When challenges arose, she had a calm and confident way of reassuring me, and helping me learn ways to work with my children so that they would be successful at school. I know other parents felt the same way, as I have spoken to many moms and we all revel at how Miss Megan has developed a special bond with all the children.

Miss Megan would be a tremendous asset to your school or family. I truly am sad that she will not be here at my children’s school, but I also feel like my family was SO fortunate to have had our first and most important school experience with Miss Megan! She has made a lasting impression on my family and will always be thought of with fondness and gratitude. She acts with kindness and integrity and is full of energy. She has extraordinary ideas for working with children and families as well. Miss Megan has dedicated her life’s work to teaching and caring for children. She is beyond gifted in this area.
